What is a Swiss reference / testimonial?

Testimonials / references are used to assess the performance of an employee and serve as a basis for future employers to evaluate a candidate. You should know the real meaning behind commonly used, assumed positive phrases (codes). Every word matters. A single word can change the whole reference letter.

Do employers want to see references?

Reference letters / testimonials are still important in Switzerland and should be part of every CV / resume.

What do we do?
