This website is encrypted. Upon your written request, email communication (only) between you and Villiger Law Firm may also be encrypted. In this case, installations on your computer are required. However, encryption is not possible with regard to the name of the sender, the recipient, the subject line or for e-mail communication with third parties. Unencrypted e-mail communications are not secure and third party e-mail providers or storage may be located in countries without adequate data protection laws.
The use of video communication or Internet telephony tools (Skype, Zoom, etc.) must be agreed in advance only in exceptional cases. There may be risks relating to data protection and professional secrecy for which we cannot accept any liability.
No tracking software (such as Google Analytics etc.) is installed on this website. We record log files such as your IP address, time, date, browser request, referrer, browser version, system software or other general browser information in order to comply with the requirements of Swiss law or for troubleshooting purposes. For the contact form, the Google Captcha software is installed, which stores temporary cookies in order to reload your data entered in the contact form in case of error or to prevent spam.
